(c) You may use our website for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or prohibited activities, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, or networks.
AUTHENTICATION & BRANDS
At I RICCHI VINTAGE, authenticity is a top priority. We specialize in sourcing and curating specific designer vintage pieces and we take great care to ensure that every item we offer is 100% authentic. We use a mixture of techniques to conclude authenticity of an item including checking for hallmarks, serial numbers, materials, craftsmanship, and other details that are unique to the brand. We also look at past campaigns or runway shows where the item may be featured to compare similarities and pin point it's collection year.
(a) We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of the vintage products available on our website. However, due to the nature of vintage items, there may be minor variations or imperfections in the products.
(b) I RICCHI VINTAGE is an independent reseller of pre-owned designer vintage items and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the brands mentioned on our website. All trademarks, brand names, and logos used on our site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. The use of any brand names, trademarks, or logos on our website is strictly for informational and descriptive purposes to accurately identify the products we sell. We respect the intellectual property rights of the brands we feature and do not claim any affiliation or partnership with them.By purchasing from I RICCHI VINTAGE, you acknowledge and agree that you understand we are an independent reseller and not directly associated with any of the designer brands offered on our site.
MARKETING OPT IN & OPT OUT
By making a purchase on our website, you may be given the option to opt-in to receive marketing communications from I RICCHI VINTAGE. This may include monthly edit announcements, promotions, special offers, and other updates related to our products and services. If you opt-in, we may contact you via email or SMS as provided by you during checkout.
(a) Marketing communications you receive may be personalized based on your interactions with our website, including your purchase history and browsing behavior, to provide you with content and offers tailored to your interests.
(b) You have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time. Opting out will not affect your ability to use our website or purchase products. To opt-out of email marketing, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us.
(c) All marketing communications that you receive via email will be sent from "iricchivintage@gmail.com". Any other emails claiming to be us should be recognized as a potential scam and reported as soon as possible.
PAYMENTS & CURRENCY
Please note that our place of operations are currently in Italy and the United Kingdom. All prices are listed in EUR (€) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
(a) We accept payment through [list payment methods, e.g., credit cards, PayPal, etc.]. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Your order will not be processed until payment is received.
(b) Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
SHIPPING
Typically, you can expect your item to arrive within 6-7 business days after your order has been processed. Please note that on rare occasions shipping may take a little longer, however we will make you aware if this is the case. We aim to process orders immediately after the payment information has been confirmed. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your item's journey to your doorstep.
CARE OF ITEM
An instruction and thank you card will be received by the buyer when purchasing and item from I RICCHI VINTAGE. Cards are tailored to the type of purchase you make.
(a) For handbags the instruction and thank you card might read: "Most pre-loved vintage bags will have visible signs of wear due to their previous owner. Depending on how well the previous owner has cared for their bag, the lifespan of the item can be prolonged. To maximize the longevity of your vintage bag, from time to time please gently wipe it down with a soft, dry cloth or microfiber cloth to remove dirt and dust. If it gets stained, do not use harsh chemicals or home remedies."
(b) Imperfections on an item are always listed in our product description space. Please read all the information provided there to ensure you know exactly what you are receiving.
(c) We cannot take responsibility and are not liable for any damage caused to a vintage item after shipping it or while it is in the possession of the buyer.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of vintage items, all sales are final. However, we may accept returns or exchanges under certain circumstances, such as if the item received is significantly different from the description. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order if you have any issues.
(a) To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at iricchivintage@gmail.com. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS & LINKED SITES
Our product authentication process is independently conducted in-house by Our team. Brands identified on or through the Service: (i) are not involved in the authentication of the products being sold through the Service, and (ii) do not assume responsibility for any products purchased from or through the Service. Brands sold on or through the Service are not partners or affiliates of Us in any manner. However, We fully cooperate with brands seeking to track down the source of counterfeit items, which may include, when required by court order or directive of law enforcement, revealing the contact information of consignors submitting counterfeit goods. We may also, when required by court order or directive of law enforcement, reveal to brands the contact information of consignors submitting products that have been challenged as infringing, unapproved, suspicious, potentially stolen, or offered for sale in an unauthorized geographic market.
CHANGE TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
